Every trade drips NVDA.

$DING trades on Pons, priced in NVDA, the tokenized NVIDIA share on Robinhood Chain. Every buy and every sell pays a 3% tax, and Pons adds 70% of its own 1% fee on top. All of it lands in the Dingero contract as NVDA. Nothing is swapped and nothing is printed.

Split by the contract on every harvest. Fixed forever, no admin can change it.

02 · THE SEAT

Buy in. Take the seat.

Buy at least 0.02 NVDA of $DING through Dingero and you're on the seat. The minimum grows to 1% of the vault once the vault gets big.

While you sit, your DING waits in the vault contract. That stops anyone from buying the seat and dumping in the same breath. If someone takes the seat from you, your DING goes back to your wallet in the same transaction.

03 · THE BELL

4:00 PM. New York.

The bell rings every weekday when the New York market closes: 20:00 UTC in summer, 21:00 UTC in winter. The contract works the time out on-chain, so nobody can move the bell.

04 · OVERTIME

No last-second snipes.

Take the seat in the final 30 seconds and the clock snaps back to 0:30. It keeps snapping back for as long as people keep buying. The round ends when nobody answers.

05 · THE PAYOUT

Winner takes 80%.

When the bell rings, whoever holds the seat gets 80% of the vault in NVDA, plus their DING back. The other 20% stays in to start the next round. The payout runs automatically within seconds, and anyone can trigger it, so it doesn't depend on us being online.

FAQ

Before you ring it.

Do I need NVDA to play?

Yes, $DING is priced in NVDA. If you only have ETH, the play window has a one-click ETH → NVDA swap through KyberSwap.

What happens to my DING while I'm on the seat?

It's held by the vault contract. If someone takes the seat, it comes back to you in the same transaction. If you win, it comes back with the prize.

What if nobody is on the seat at the bell?

Nothing is paid out. The whole vault rolls into the next round, so the next bell pays more.

Can the team take the vault?

No. The contract has no owner and no withdraw function. NVDA leaves the vault only as a prize to the seat holder. The team's 40% is split off as income comes in and never comes out of the vault.

Who pays out the winner?

A keeper bot calls settle() within seconds of the bell. Anyone can call it, and the next buy calls it automatically.

Is the clock the same everywhere?

The contract uses chain time. Your browser counts down to that same timestamp and shows it in your local time.

Somebody's on the seat.
Is it you?

The vault pays out at the next bell.
